Richard very professional and knew what he was doing. Richard came and removed the old ice maker and installed the new Ice maker within 15 to 20 minutes. Very pleased with amount of time he was able to fix my problem. Thank you Richard.

My technician was terrific! Sears MUST GET ITS DISPATCHING ACT TOGETHER, HOWEVER. There is no excuse for me to reserve an 8:00am-Noon appt window, receive an email at 7:21am on the day of service telling me that I'm next on the list and my technician should arrive 8:15-8:45am and ultimately be pushed back further and further until he eventually is expected to arrive 1.5 hours past the end of my window. THERE SHOULD ONLY BE ONE DISPATCHER PER TECHNICIAN PER APPLIANCE SPECIALTY - AND PREFERABLY THAT DISPATCHER SHOULD HAVE A KEEN WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN AREA WITH MORE ACCURATE TRAVEL TIMES BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS. Sorry for raising my voice here, but this is simply common sense and efficiency of staffing. Again, Robert was terrific!😊
