Easy to schedule on line. Frequent updates on where and when technician will arrive. Steve gave me a call when he was 15 minutes away. Steve was thorough and informative. Explained everything what he was doing. He readily answered questions. He inspected the dryer and the vents. Was very professional. All said and done, my dryer was running perfect once the repairs were completed.
