John is very knowledgeable on my equipment and knows a lot of that he can do to keep it running. My experience was excellent. Technician was polite and knew immediately what was wrong with system gave us synopsis of what could not be done and told us someone would follow up within next two to three business days. Would definitely recommend Phil as a technician to go with.
