James should run the entire operation
James is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working in our home. After several no-shows this past week, we're happy James was the technician who finally came and fixed the oven. Although we were very displeased with Sears' overall service in this matter, it had nothing to do with James. Thanks. We would love to have the phone number of a live person the next time we have a broken appliance.

Upon arrival, Paul quickly got to work and started to make repairs on my washer. He made the repairs and thoroughly tested it before leaving. It took him about an hour to complete the repairs. It was a job well done. Thank you!
