Darious seemed knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions although there was nothing he could do because the refrigerator was still working. He told us we would have to wait until it stopped working before American Home Shield would pay even though it was making unusual noises. This is what we were trying to avoid since we aren't here for several days at a time and the food would spoil. Therefore, I would give "AHS" 2 stars!

The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Sears scheduled our repair promptly, and David contacted us in advance to ask about the microwave so he could arrive fully prepared. He was friendly, professional, and easy to coordinate with, providing updates both the day before and the day of our appointment. Most importantly, he did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
