After the initial call the appointment was set up very quickly. The technician David is very efficient and knowledgeable. Very friendly and customer oriented. He diagnosed the problem , ordered parts and st up time to fix it. He arrived during the appropriate time, I was not home. My wife said he is very good, fixed the appliance , and di a very good job. The dish washer works well. Much gratitude, David.
