The service tech was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the problems quickly. However, the Sears scheduling system that is completely AI was very frustrating, providing no notice on the no show of first appointment and offering conflicting dates for rescheduling and needed up doing the manual online scheduler to try and get a new date after the no show of first appointment.
