The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Sears scheduled our repair promptly, and David contacted us in advance to ask about the microwave so he could arrive fully prepared. He was friendly, professional, and easy to coordinate with, providing updates both the day before and the day of our appointment. Most importantly, he did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
