Not sears but the tech that came out to service my freezer was wonderful. All other techs for anything else seemed to hate their job and were not friendly at all.

Animal was wonderful. Very friendly and thorough. Did all he could do to fix the problem, but unfortunately fridge is too old and parts not available. Would love to get Anibol if I ever need another repair.

My technician was very nice and repaired my washer in a timely manner. He offered me a warranty policy for all of my appliances, answered all questions I had, and provided helpful tips for using the washer to prevent any breakdowns any time soon. I was extremely pleased with the service provided and will recommend to others.

This repairman not only fixed the problem with our oven, he educated me and my husband on what was wrong should this happen again. Also fixed another problem while here with range top. Great personality too?
