Khalid was very knowledgeable about the repair and demonstrated why it was needed in a very straightforward way. We ultimately chose not to complete the repair today, but would not hesitate to use Sears Appliance Repair for future needs.

Aappreciated that the Sear's technician called before he came. He was courteous & took great care of our property. He diagnosed the problem with the dryer & had the part needed in his truck to repair it. He really deserves the #5 star that we gave him. I'm always been very satisfied with the service provided by the Sear's Technicians.

Mike was extremely kind and wanted nothing more to make sure the frig was fixed so I could host Thanksgiving for the first time. He made a stressful situation much better

Jeffery was courteous and friendly. He was very thorough and did not give our dishwasher a quick once over. He took his time and checked out everything. My only complaint, and it's not his fault, was that I was given several different arrival times beginning at 8:30 AM. He did not arrive until 12:30 and had no idea I had been watching for him since 8:30. Otherwise it was a very good service call.
