Larry (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+) came to complete my microwave repairs after 2 prev attempts by other techs & lengthy delays. NO COMMUNICATION from Sears Scheduling & no way for the customer to reach a live person… Larry (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+) figured out the problem, got correct parts, & completed the work on the same day!!! Why couldn’t this be done on the 1st visit? Then again, at least I wasn’t told that a service tech could NOT be found in my (densely populated) area (😆) like at other times. Most of the techs are GREAT! It’s the business scheduling that’s needs a lot of work!!

Service tech, Jeff, was very good in diagnosing the problem with my GE profile range. Communication with Sears was NOT good.
