Jeffrey did a fine job. Although we are INCREDIBLY displeased with Sears Home Service overall. First tech ordered the wrong part, second tech called over an hour past the allotted time after we waited all day and told me he would be here in 25 mins. When I let him know we would not be available since we had areasy waited 4+ hours and had plans, he sent a text that said sorry you weren’t home when I came for your appointment. FALSE. Then he rescheduled us without even asking. Jeffrey showed u today and quickly ascertained that the first tech ordered the wrong part and we actually even needed several more parts. We declined at this point. No phone number for customer service where was can actually talk to someone.

Overall rating

It's very difficult to get hold of a live person when you need to clarify something. Nevertheless, they overdo it with at least daily texts and emails about upcoming appointments. A bit unnecessary. The service tech, Khalid, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

He could not make the repair. His timelessness and professionalism were spot on. The 3 out of 5 review was that our issue was not solved and we we were told to go find another product to rectify the solution.

Customer service is horrible. No person to contact when there are issues. One tech left us hanging a entire Saturday only to receive a "sorry we missed you" text. We never left home. He never arrived. Again no phone number to call. Our final tech Doug was awesome. Sadly it took 3wks to get our stove repaired.
