I will call customer svc. The dryer hose is not connected to use the dryer. Technician should have double check and secured the vent hose before leaving.

My appointment was set for 8:00 a.m. to 12: 00 p.m. Technician did not show until approximately 2:00 p.m. I previously had an appointment for the same service order scheduled at 7:00 a.m. and he kept notification until 2:00 p.m., and then did not show. Can you imagine getting up at 6:30 a.m. or 7:30 for the second and wait until 2:00 p.m. to not show or show for time appointed. You cannot call back to Sears to speak with a person. Sears totally blocks calls with recordings to not assist. I explained I needed a drawer that was broken in the door. Well guess what??? He showed up without the part saying he had to look, and then they will mail the part. There was a charge for coming out that though covered by my protection plan. This was wasteful, but a way of making funds. An idiot can explain a drawer in door to be broken when they are all the same size. All that personal time wasted by the customer when better practices should performed. The customer is very aware of the game/practice is being done by company to make funds. This was not my first experience, I have more. I am sorry Sears closed because there was not a better appliance sold.

Tech did not do anything.Had us turn ac to 55 and it came on and he said unit was working. We explained that it does not cool when it is hot outside we have it set on 72 and the house will not get any cooler than 78. He said to tell choice home warranty that they must use the report from October. We said it was pass the 3 months and they will not. He said it was a lot of work to see if it was the air handler. He went to the outside unit said the piping was cold so it was working to get an appointment when it is hot outside so they could see if it worked. Then he left never checked the unit in the house. He was at our house not even 15minutes

This was arranged through my home warranty. Although the technician was nice, he did not replace the water lines with the parts sent to my home. He just cut it out and added a connector which I could have done myself. They canceled appointments on two occasions, so I had to miss work three days for less than five minutes of repair instead of replacement. Assuming the line is now weak, I would have to have them come again; if another pinhole creates in my waterline in another location. Completely dissatisfied with my service.

The parts arrived at my house on Sunday. The repairman came on Thursday at approximately 2:30 PM. He began unboxing the parts and informed me that he would handle the repairs. At that time, I had a meeting upstairs, so about an hour and a half later, I went downstairs to check on his progress. He told me that he hadn’t finished because they had sent the wrong parts. He then asked to use the bathroom while I returned to my meeting, saying he would let himself out. When I came downstairs again, I noticed that there were still boxes remaining, and the packing materials were left in my living room and on my chair. He mentioned that if I hadn’t heard from AHS in three days, I should reach out to them. After he left, I received an email instructing me to call AHS, which I did to find out my next steps. During the call, I was informed that the repairman claimed the machine was broken due to user misuse. However, my dryer is 17 years old, so there was no misuse involved. He never mentioned this when he left; he only said the wrong parts had been sent. I am very unsatisfied with this situation. I have requested a second opinion and do not expect to be charged for the services of someone who was dishonest and did not handle the job responsibly.

The man that came to our home was very nice. I needed more info after he left and tried to find a phone number, they only have AI assistant, Samantha for that. A huge waste of time. Could not get any supervisor or manager. Horrible!!
