Sears Home Protection Plan. 1 Heating Unit and 1 Cooling Unit Maintenance check annually. No cleaning as part of: Sears Protect Appliance Plan - Includes One-Time 50% Off Up To $150 First Repair During Wait Period. ~$65/mo with $100 deductible on service calls. Maintenance checks have no deductible. Used $150 of repair during 1st month waiting period towards my Kenmore Elite repair. Stopped cooling just after Christmas. Bad compressor. Compressor was still under warranty. Labor was not. Keeping for 1 yr. If I don't save any money, I won't renew.

Tech arrived and listened to what the error codes and experiences I’d been having with my dishwasher and then got to work diagnosing the problem. He worked on fixing the issue and then double checked and triple checked that the problem was resolved
