My window for service was 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., which would pretty much tie me up for the day; however, John provided me the courtesy of calling mid-day to say I would be his last appointment and his eta would be around 6:00. I truly appreciated the call so I could run a few errands. When he arrived that evening, he did a thorough assessment of the boiler situation and made a recommendation regarding the problem. Unfortunately, he informed me that it would not be covered by Cinch, and suggested I call my oil provider. I could not have been more pleased with John. He was very knowledgeable, polite and personable. Even though I was his last call of a long day, he treated the appointment as if it was his first

John was our washing machine pro tech from Russell Appliance Repair out of Baltimore arriving yesterday morning with a pleasantly kind and knowledgeable attitude. John did not disappoint. John kept us up to date on his time frame arrival via text, reviewed with us the issues of “unbalanced loads” during spin cycle, the choice we made with buying our Maytag beast and since there were no failures with the design dynamics of both our Maytag and all the other brands of washing machines, offered some recommendations on increasing stability of the patch of our laundry room floor since the machine sits on a first floor and not on basement cement. We will try that. In closing we felt the $129 for a service call to inspect the computer guts of our Maytag was very reasonable, definitely worth the call for peace of mind. Sears Home Comfort took my request, set the appointment and were great as well. We highly recommend all 3 steps. Special thanks to John, extremely knowledgeable.
