I had a great experience with my Sears repair technician. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. The repair was not done due to warranty through LG . He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable—highly recommend!

Our Technician Mike was wonderful. He diagnosed the root cause of the refrigerator failure and replaced the parts so we are back up and running. Very courteous and explains everything. Great guy.
