The technician named James who came out was awesome. I'm not thrilled, though with how hard it is to get through to Sears when you need them to come out, the call is constantly rerouted. But the technicians really are pretty good. I had an appointment the other day for the dryer and the technician didn’t call or show up. I do appreciate some of their employees are really pretty darn good, but Sears needs to restructure how they do business.
