Douglas was very professional and polite. He told me the dryer is not heating due to the heating element. Once he removed the part, he showed me what was wrong with it. Went to his van to get the new part. He showed me the new one and installed it. Works like new.

Paul was on time, extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call Sears in the future. Khalid was also very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Above all, he was willing to take the time to diagnose the issue and resolve the problem. I am very appreciative to both of the service providers and will not hesitate to contact Sears for future needs.
