It was easy to get the date I needed for my repair, and the technician- John was very nice and explained everything he was doing and everything he did and explained about what needed to be done. John also contacted sears home warranty about the repairs that need to be done and explained that their might be some things that aren't covered by the warranty, they even contact the contractor for the work so I don't have to. Very satisfied with Sears Home Warranty.
