Jeffery was courteous and friendly. He was very thorough and did not give our dishwasher a quick once over. He took his time and checked out everything. My only complaint, and it's not his fault, was that I was given several different arrival times beginning at 8:30 AM. He did not arrive until 12:30 and had no idea I had been watching for him since 8:30. Otherwise it was a very good service call.

I would say that Tariq was outstanding. What I don't like is only being able to interact with AI. It took over 2 months for someone to come out and address my heating matter. Now that we are in spring I am hopeful the issue doesn't come back

Aside from my appointment being rescheduled without my notice, the appointment was fine. The tech was knowledgeable and fixed the issue of my freezer fairly quickly. I would have gave 5 stars but rescheduling my appointment without notice was very inconvenient to my schedule. Also, it should be easier to get someone on the line other than automated messages. It was very irritating to continuously call and have no options to speak with someone regarding my appointmenr.
