The Bosch dishwasher's failure to drain may be because the install lacked the proper air gap hose - Repairman Jeff carefully explained how this simple apparatus could prevent future problems. I wish the Sears installer from the store would have installed one!! No repair was necessary after Jeff reset the start/stop several times and standing water was pumped out

John was extremely informative and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it.

Ashley put in parts that were sent here. The main part needed to make the lock work (which was the original call) is no longer available. So someone (maybe him) is going to try to make it. I'll find out next week.
