Not good at all,very ,very disappointed in the process .It was hard to actually talk to a real person,communication was poor. I would also receive emails all at once(repeat of info) or none at all.Originally service tech James F.ordered wrong parts,promising to return to complete,never did,would setup appointments wouldn’t show up,wouldn’t return calls and at one point wouldn’t even answer.This process started at the end of February and finally completed in April.🙁

Anibal was on schedule and notified me in advance, and was very professional. However, Dispatch rescheduled my appt and did not notify me and when I contacted customer svc. I was told that all of my parts were not in when they were in. I'm changing my rating on Anibal. Once he left the fridge still did not work. He told me to contact him and when I did on Friday he said he would be here on Monday. Then he kept hanging up on me on Monday when I said it wasn't acceptable that he did not show up. I've been a month without a refrigerator and that is not acceptable.

Ron the tech showed up smacking and tried to sell a new sÿstem. Did not conduct tuneup. Want another tuneup.

What a complete miserable experience. There was an issue between LG and how a warranty claim was to be executed. Instead of being helpful, the tech became extremely angry, left without resolution, sent me an invoice for $100 for the trip, and then followed up with 1 phone call and two text messages demanding that I pay the invoice immediately. I will never use Sears again.
