LG washer keeps stopping after rinse & not draining water. Neil ran diagnostics test, determined problem was with the electrical or plug. Neil was punctual, friendly & knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Donald is highly knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived and discovered that we needed another part to complete the repair. This is a total ripoff. All the technician did was ask me what the washing machine was doing and took the model number. I had already done that online. They should offer a lower cost diagnosis online or over the phone. I almost paid for the repair which was comparable to replacement price because I was already in for $129.
