The team ( Donald and Trainee) were excellent. Found the trouble with in a few minutes. Unfortunately and fortunately the repair would have been more than a replacement, but they gave me the choice. I like honesty in a repair service.

I must say we were very pleased with our service Tech, Austin. He knew what to do and got right into doing it. Repair done quickly and efficiently. On top of that he was very professional and friendly. Nice young man!

Tech was great! Customer service, absolutely horrible! All AI, you cannot talk to anyone. Hopefully fridge works, do not want to use them again!!
