Your service was fine.but your price to put in a heating element in the dishwasher was over $400 00. I can almost buy a new one for that.

It took 2 weeks to get an appointment and then the “window” to be home for the tech was 8-5. That’s unheard of. Should be a 4 hour window max. The techs are always polite, professional, and happy to explain what they’re doing/have done.

Horrible!!! Was given three different days and timeframes for LG appliance to be looked at. Every day it was the same with no call or text and appointment being cancelled. When you chat or call you’re told they just didn’t have a technician available. Then why waste my time and give me this eight hour timeframe for nothing?! Would never follow through and call or give information and then told LG they did service call when they never did!!!
