Tech was great! Customer service, absolutely horrible! All AI, you cannot talk to anyone. Hopefully fridge works, do not want to use them again!!

DJ gave me a price on fixing my washer and then because it is 15 years old he also checked to see what it would cost to replace the electric panel if that went out so I could make a decision about whether to fix it or replace it. He was very helpful and nice.
