Donald H. and his team were absolutely incredible. I went online late Thursday night to request service, and they were out the very next morning to diagnose the issue. They quickly determined the problem, ordered the parts, and had my washing machine completely repaired by Wednesday—less than a week! My washer is running better than ever now. Donald and his helpers were super friendly, professional, and efficient. The company itself was great to work with from start to finish. Repair men were great!! Everything else with the AI and chat suck. They did come on Monday when scheduled, no call to let us know. I had to reschedule another appointment can’t ask questions need to be able to talk with real people. That experience makes me not wanting to use again.
