He wasn't able to fix dishwasher because he was given wrong part. In 30 minutes of running it didn't make the noise so he could hear what it was doing.

Kym was knowledgeable and diagnosed our dishwasher. She was able to give us an informed problem (bad board). She gave us prices and options to resolve the issue. We did decide since our dishwasher was 2009 purchase we will purchase a new one.
