Your service was fine.but your price to put in a heating element in the dishwasher was over $400 00. I can almost buy a new one for that.

My fridge water dispenser stopped working so I scheduled a service appointment. I was scheduled an 8a-12p window. My tech didn't show until after 3pm. Fortunately my technician Jonathan quickly diagnosed the issue, answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I only paid for the diagnostic on this visit ($129). The repair quote was more than $600 so I declined the service. It was 100% more than my husband and I anticipated.
