The technician left with the dishwasher still malfunctioning, after changing me 130 dollars. The customer service is horrible, completely AI with no real people to resolve issues. A second appointment was made so the dishwasher can be repaired and they canceled on me. The technician ghosted me . This is the worst service experience I’ve ever had.

I had an appointment for feb 20,.2025 to get my washer and dryer looked at. My window was from 8am to 5 pm but at 1: 00 I get a text saying my appointment has been reschedule for the 27th. I call them and they said no one grabbed my work order and they didn't have a supervisor there to talk to.i will never use the again

Did not live up to warranty obligations. If a product cannot be repaired then it was said Sears would replace it. Not true, not true. I intend to inform everyone I know about this experience.

I received a text yesterday that a repairman was coming on the same day between 8am and 5 pm. I needed my ice maker repaired. This was supposed to have been his second visit. It was through Choice warranty. The first time they came they simply looked at my ice maker and took a payment. I waited for a phone call yesterday saying they were in route. Instead of the call i received a text message saying that the repair was complete. No one ever called to say they were on their way. No one came. So i basically paid them $85 for nothing.

Keep postponing my mother's appointments and never show up to do the work.
