The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would use this service again. One suggestion to Sears: provide Sears labeled service trucks and Sears labeled uniforms. When the technician arrived, O had no way of knowing he worked for you. For the safety of your technicians, you should appropriately protect them from potential harm at arriving at someone’s home who may interpret their arrival as a threat.
