Zero Starts for Sear- 5 Stars for my technician = 3 Stars. My technician was wonderful. IT'S SEARS THAT STINKS. My stove has been broken since January 2025. They have scheduled & then rebooked my repair call FIVE TIMES. They also give you an 8-Hour window, which means I have to take off work and wait the whole day for them to show. This last cancellation they did- they cancelled half-way through the day and rescheduled me for A MONTH LATER. I have fought through 3 levels of Customer Service to get anyone who actually can do anything. They can elevate my issue but no one will call me back to actually talk about my wait. I've had to replace the electronics 3 times on the stove and they just keep ordering parts and making me wait. By now, they spent more on parts than if they just replaced the stove. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I live in a town of 1 million people- and they gutted their repair team so badly that I have to wait for a tech to be free who then drives AN HOUR from another part of the state to get to my house. **** UPDATE- See the response from Sears. Totally canned. They did not even read my review. NOTE: I call the ONLY number available. I get someone who's English is their thirds language- I say that only because They don't understand me and I can't understand them. They only read a script. Promise to elevate. But they will not/cannot help me any further. After one of a dozen attempts I finally get to a Supervisor- I explain my frustration about the reschedules. They WILL NOT ALLOW ME to contact dispatch. They WILL NOT ALLOW ME to call anyone else. THEY WILL NOT PROMISE ME a return call. So your response to my review is LAUGHABLE. Tell me who to call and who I can talk to that actually gives a crap about me- a customer. I've got more issues, but I'll wait for SEARS to either reach out to me OR give me an actual phone number that I can talk to about this issue. I'll just sit here and wait for Sears to actually give me a way to contact them.

Not very happy with my service through Sears. My washer is under warranty through Lowe’s. Lowe’s chose Sears for my repair. First… I couldn’t get my 1st appointment for 2 weeks. They sent someone out and they replaced the door lock switch, no luck. They rescheduled another appointment for 2 more weeks out. This time I waited the whole entire day 8a-5p. No one ever showed up. I wasted my entire day waiting for a repair man that never showed up. Then they rescheduled me for 2 more weeks out. So 6 weeks without a washer. The repair man finally came again yesterday. He replaced the motherboard of my washer. He put it on a quick wash. Said it was good to go and left. As soon as the quick cycle finished, I ran into the laundry room to start on the 6 weeks of laundry I’m behind on. And… it is doing the same thing “door” warning code. I immediately called Alberts phone to see if he could come right back, no answer. I called sears, they said they’d send a message to Albert and send him back. Albert messages back, “Try unplugging it letting it rest for five minutes and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work you’ll have to call your home company to get us back out again.” I tried this, no luck. I called back to Sears, that said my case has been closed and I have to start back at square one and refile my claim through Lowe’s/Assurion. So I have to start this whole process over again. I am so upset. This is 3 days I’ve had to take off and miss work. It shouldn’t take 6+ weeks for a washer repair. I’m more frustrated with Sears then Albert. But Albert should’ve double checked that my unit was working correctly before he left.

Parts on back order. I’ve been without a fridge for two months. Sears and my home warranty company have done a terrible job.

Did not attach water source. We had to obtain old water source from broken equipment to make it work temporarily. For $299, the job is not complete and a new water source is requested. Please return and properly complete the job
