He confirmed the problem with the washer and explained everything to me I also requested and paid for a drying cleaning while he was here and he did that as well also being efficient and helpful to explain things to me. What an excellent repairman and an excellent for Sears.

Lawn Tractor Repair
Matthew, the repair tech did an outstanding job. My only issue is, having to wait so long for the original service call. Parts needed to ordered, they arrived the next day. However, the reschedule service date was more than over a week later. Hopefully, in the future, if repairs are need, the repair date will be more convenient!
