Washer diagnostic
Paul was on time, very professional, and worked diligently to replicate the noise I was having with my washer. Unfortunately, we could not replicate it. Paul provided me with information regarding the Sears warranty for kitchen and laundry. I went ahead and purchased the 12 month warranty. It was a great experience with Sears and Paul.

Great Technician
Tech arrived observed problem and replaced the element. He tested the oven with the new element and I was back in business. He treated the stove and the burner worked. He cleaned out my oven from the fire fighters mess with the extinguishers. He was very nice
