Ice maker
He said he put a "new seal" on our fridge. BUT his comments on completed invoice said differently!!! He is our 4th technician to try and fix our ice maker!!! Send someone who can fix it.

4 different techs, 3 months and 1 still inoperable stove
Steven was fine, but we have had 4 people come out and try to fix this stove and its still broke. We purchased this home and the warranty was transferred to us and this has been nothing but a waste of our time. 4 techs couldnt fix this. We told Steven just to close it out and we will buy another stove

Sears is horrible
This technician might be fine, but sears is horrible and follow through eight times and my washer's still not fixed

Nothing done
There was no service provided. 6 times we took days off just to have the appointment xancel or not show.

Flooded house
Part installed was faulty. Washer started, technician left. 2 hours later I come home to house flooded. I have called an NO response from Sears.

Rude and unprofessional
Rude technician. came in to check my dryer . he had a dirty shoe on as it was drizzling rain when he came and i politely asked him at the door to dust it before entering he said no , he came in and stained my carpet allover , he checked dryer and said it was clogged and i need to fix that myself that he can't clear the clog . he then asked me to sign work completed i told him no since my dryer still isn't working and he won't fix it , he left and he signed on customer signature and i received that via my email. i never signed and my signature was forged.

Not Fixed
We are having an issue with dust or similar coming out of the Ice dispenser. The tech said the water m/ice was not filtered . This is a blatant lie! The whole house is filtered with a very high end system. It's filtered again in the refrigerator. I need a tech that can solve my issue or replace the unit as my contract states.
