Diagnostic was incorrect, costing us over $400. Next visit they wanted over $400 more! Now we're on the hook for first visit and still have no washer!

When he arrived my icemaker was working again for some reason....he didn't want to check it to see if it was failing. Also needed him to look at the freezer door which the representative said he would do but he didn't have a "work order" for it so he just up and left.

Not his fault

Very unfortunate. Mark was the 6th Technician since 5/20/24. He replaced several parts and now fridge is only at 60 degrees, or 10 DEGREES WARMER than before this latest "repair." This fridge was BRAND NEW when delivered on March 13, 2024.

Need to re-schedule for a 3rd visit

Second visit, problem still not solved! Both times something was poured into system and repairmen left without checking to see if cool air rather than warm air (my complaint) was coming out. Again, need to be inconvenienced for a 3rd time. Very disappointing!

The tech actually made the refrigerator worse. Now, it doesn't work at all. Better yet, Sears won't send a tech back to do the job right!!

Terrible Service. Flooded our house.

Technician came to our house to fix our washer and didn't test a full cycle before leaving. The washer was still making same noise and broken. If he would have tested it he would have know that it wasn't fixed. He also didn't check for leaks and flooded our entire laundry room which then leaked into our family rooms ruining our floor. When I reach out for help no one gets back with me.
