4 Stars for Pedro, but don't call it a comeback
Fridge died, used Sears website to book an appointment the same day. (+2). Tech arrived in the 8 hour allowed window, couldn't complete the repair as parts were needed, but he did order them and set up a return appointment a week later (+2). On the day of the return appointment, no one showed up. We called to check in and was told "dispatch" would call back with an ETA. They never called back and the day passed with no refrigeration. (-5!!!) Had to call the next day and argue to get service, as I was first told the next available was a whole other week away (-1), and we did finally settle on them getting a tech that day (+2). Pedro came at the expected time, installed the new part in short order, and signed off on the completed repair (+4). At least we're back in the chilled foods section of the world again.

Indianapolis, INReplacement Part NOT Completely Installed (Ice Maker Arm)
Technician showed up on time. He assessed the problem and replaced the defective part with one on his service truck. The only problem he did NOT install the complete part. He did not install the arm on the ice maker. We cannot turn off the ice maker when it is full. Technician needs to return as soon as possible to complete repair.

Otis was super nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable but Otis didn't fix the issue. Otis check the thermostat when he came. Turn it on cool, went outside for awhile, can't back and said it something wasn't working properly, turned it back on heat went back outside, came back said it was fix. The problem is there's still no heat coming out my vents. The furnace is running the air condition unit is running but there's no air coming out any of the vents. I was confused when he said it was fix because he didn't use any tools, take anything apart, or even touch the furnace!!!

Service
He called and I called back in 2 minutes and he never returned my call. He was to come originally at 10:40am and arrived at 5:32. He miss diagnosis the original problem and I had to wait 6 additional weeks. Sears has a serious issue with honoring schedule!! I had several rescheduled for no apparent reason. I would never recommend Sears and plan on canceling my home warranty agreement!!!

Ice maker not working
Very rude always in a hurry tell me about you got to go to the next customer house did not fix the problem never want him back in my house never again

A/C Repair failure
The "fix" lasted less than two days. It still has the same issue. It will be two weeks since I called it in.

Worst service experienced
The technician flooded my entire entryway and ended up leaking water down by HVAC, which did damage to my furnace unit. When I asked for a manager, he proceeded to give me a completely unrelated number and left. I reached out to corporate, and after finally finding a live person, they transferred me around a few times until it became a parent that no one could help. I called my credit card company and asked them to remove the charge due to the intense cleanup, follow up appointment appointments to ensure my furnace is not damaged and if so, what repairs are needed, and overall negligence from Sears home services. I could not possibly recommend this as an option for anyone any less. Incompetence at a highest level.

Technicians were excellent, but Sears itself needs work
I had several issues with getting sears to show up and fix my dishwasher. I would get an appointment and then no one would show up or call. At the end of the day the appointment would be canceled and rescheduled without input from me. To be clear, when the technicians showed up, they did an outstanding job! My only complaint is with Sears and the AI they are using for scheduling.

My review
Came out to look at my air conditioner didn't realize it was the fuse blown said he was putting Freon in it because it was low. I don't think it was low. I think he took the Freon out of my air conditioner because if he was putting Freon in it it would've been an extra charge so now but I think wrong with my air conditioner was his fault thanks.
