Otis was great in with customer service from start to finish. He called ahead to let me know he was in the way. He was courteous and respectful when performing the repairs and kept me informed on needed parts. The only thing I will complain about is the huge appointment time window (8-5) as it is hard to schedule things around a large time slot.

He totally disagreed with other service technicians (Williams Comfort Air and Ben Franklin). They said cracked heat exchange was possible carbon monoxide leak. He disagreed. They said replace 26 year old furnace. He disagreed. Furnace still not heating properly.

0 stars for the bot system which doesn't allow you to communicate or actually talk to a live person … AT ALL! Super frustrating — had no idea when in the day the serviceman was coming. Andy was AWESOME! Very professional. Knowledgeable. Clean. Fixed the frozen drain line — great experience with him. Sears — you have not made any friends with your automated system — probably should go back to live people at some point
