The experience with Sears itself was not the greatest. There were several cancelation on their end and it was done by text message. Had no ideal a rep wasn't showing up until EOB the day I was supposed to get the repair completed. Huston showed up and completed the service within 30-40 minutes, which was great because I was in a time crunch. He was polite and got the job done. Thank you so much.

He was very good. The only thing that I did not like was, he had a pop bottle and I guess he chew stuff whatever is called and you spit it out. I did not like that that was kind of not right should not have been done. But overall, he was pretty good

Mike put in the 1st ordered part which the 2nd repairman said was the wrong part. Mike tried to replace the fan that the 2nd repairman ordered, but it was an adapted part which doesn't fit anymore. Mike did excellent work & was very personable.

The technique did well. Sears, not so much... in fact I will NEVER use Sears again. Period. Full stop. The communication was horrible and non-existent: there is no way for an individual to reach a living person, if not via my home warranty, and even then they couldn't garner any information. I was promised follow up phone calls and/or emails to update me on the shipping of a VERY DELAYED PART (a part that I was able to find on many websites... with over night shipping no less). The scheduling of appointments was given a window of 8-5, with the first appointment date resulting in me getting a phone call at 4:45pm telling me the technician wouldn't be arriving. I could go on, but I've wasted enough of my time on this horrible company. No wonder Sears is truly dead.
