Donald was amazing !! Very informative, patient, and very willing to help. Although my washer gave him a run for his money he did everything he could to make sure it was fixed!! I'm so very thankful for his service and he deserves a raise !!

Steven was a very nice gentleman. He arrived on time and got straight to it. He did what he needed to do. To find out what was wrong with my washer. He then told me what was wrong and explained it very thoroughly. He also explained the price per parts and labor. When I told him I would have to get it fixed later, he told me about Sears' home warranty He also explained how I could save alot by purchasing it and what all would be covered. Even today's service would be cheaper. Even though I don't have the money right now, because of him, if I did have it, I would've purchased it right then and there.
