This is the second time Matt has fixed my garden tractor. He always calls and lets me know he is on the way. When he arrives (on time, as expected) he is very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, and explains it clearly. Very professional, and my tractor is running great!

Otis was friendly, flexible and efficient. I have nothing but great things to say about him! The payment system was transparent, quick and easy as well. However, the Sears appointment system is frustrating and inconvenient. The appointment window is way too long (8:00am-5:00pm) and the estimated time of arrival provided online on the day of is inaccurate and changes frequently so it makes it impossible to work around. It seems ridiculous to require someone to take off an entire day of work, when other companies can always provide a 2-3 hour service window to work around.
