Todays appointment went smoothly and well. Tech called in am to let me know I was 3rd and then again 15 minutes befoer arriving. Very good experience today. My first appointment scheduled for Thursday was a disaster. Stayed home all day and evening no call at all. Saw from text I was next in late afternoon. Then suddenly the appointment was cancelled. No call or explanation no way for me to text or call to check. Very disappointing

The call center was a nightmare. First repairmen didn't come prepared with the part I needed. The part mailed to me was broken. Fortunately Pedro was prepared and had one in his truck. He was polite and knew what he was doing. The only good thing I experienced with your company.
