I still do not have any air. I had to go back to fans. Put in my window. My house is still hot, so I'm very unsatisfied. To whom it may concern otis.\n Did a wonderful job I do? Have air now. It was my motor that went out. He was patient enough.\n Had to come back out for the third time. Call the universal motor. Where's too big?But he got me right , and I am grateful , thank you Otis 😊

Abib identified the problem quickly, gave me a quote and scheduled a time for the repair. On the day of the repair, he installed the new parts quickly and answered all my questions. I'm glad I found Sears Appliance Repair. I will definitely use them again.
