Note: this review is solely based on my technician Oscar. He was great - wonderful communication, quick repair, offered great advice. As to Sears Service itself: I was disappointed. I had a service appointment scheduled for 12/10 between 8:00am - Noon. At 12:45pm, I had to call Sears to inquire about service; to be informed that a technician was no longer available. So, spent a wasted morning. Sears: you can do better.

Dino arrived on time, expertly diagnosed the problem and provided options for the repair. Not his fault that the cost to repair was more than half the cost of a new refrigerator which prompted our decision to replace it with a new one.
