Tony texted me when he was on his way (within the two hour window for arrival) and arrived exactly on time. Tony was polite, cordial, knowledgeable about the product and service call reason and completed the necessary repair in a reasonable time. Tony was respectful of my property and provided me with a very intuitive prognosis for the future regarding my product. Overall a great experience.
