Today, 2/21/25 had our Sears Protection Plan Maintenance Check on our water heater, range, dishwasher and refrigerator. Victor C., technician arrived on time as stated. Checked and cleaned each appliance, offered tips on what to look for and answered our questions. Victor was very pleasant, patient and thorough on working each appliance. We were always pleased with Sears Home Services. Thank you Victor.🙂

Jorge fixed the problem in a half hour. The big complaint I have is the amount of the bill over $400. The part was less than $100 and time on job was less than a half hour. The four stars is for Jorge.
