Technician Jorge was great! He was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. He knew immediately what the problem was and was able to locate the part that needed replacement. He came back later in the afternoon with the part to complete the repair.

Jorge arrived three hours early and diagnosed the issue within minutes of arrival. Since the repair was too much money to spend on a 21 year old fridge, we passed on further repair and paid for the diagnostic service only

Dino repaired my fridge and it's been working great since. Very professional and experienced technician. My only complaint has nothing to do with the technician but more so with the automated customer service. It was very time consuming and frustrating dealing with a bot and getting canceled on multiple times without a notice, other than a text about my canceled appointment. Also, the service window is completely unacceptable. No flexibility what so ever, it's very difficult to plan your day.
