I was very pleased with the technician sent out. He was honest and provided details about what parts needed to be replaced. He seemed experienced in this line of work. Although, I was not happy about the AI scheduling. I repeated my name and address multiple times and evidently the wrong information was entered. This made it difficult for tech to find my location. But, somehow he was able to locate my home. My last name was misspelled as well.

The technician was great, very professional and informative. Showed up on time. Unfortunately I did not get the repair service and only did the estimate as the repair would have cost me as much as buying a brand new refrigerator.

The amount of times that I was contacted and kept up on exactly where the technician was, and when he would be, there was incredible. The technician after he got to my house, he found the problem within five minutes repair. It has been years since I’ve seen such professionalism I would refer you to everyone that I know thank you so much for the great service

Technician Michael R. was great. After explaining the issue we were experiencing, he confirm by starting the dryer. Once he heard the sound he knew the cause. He had the issue resolved and the appliance back together and ready for use quickly.
