Dino was very helpful and efficient, although the news that a bad compressor, still under the 10 year compressor Warranty for several more months, would cost over $2,200 to replace - in a 9 year old Kenmore French Door Bottom Freezer Refrigerator, that cost $1,984 new. Totally ridiculous, no wonder Sears has died! A real shame, as it once was a truly wonderful store. Never again will I purchase a Sears appliance, or anything else for that matter!

The technician that came to repair my oven did a great job. He was great at letting me know exactly when he would arrive. He communicated the issue with the apliance, the cost and how long it would take to repair. I was very pleased with everything in regards to this service call. I Will use this service again.
