This 2nd visit to correct an earlier Sears inadequate repair turned a bad situation to success. Sears sent a different repair agent ( no extra charge,) who successfully corrected the defect.

The communication prior to the service was excellent. I was informed prior to the visit when the technician would arrive. He was very efficient and explained very clearly the issue with the washer and how he repaired it. He was very polite and answered my questions.
