Only positive and 5 star seevice from the last Tech Terry, he knew what he was doing and got the issue fixed like a professional, he should be the example for all service organizations out there. All rest of the Sears service specially automation part sucks, you cant talk to any human and you get 100s of texts from different 3/4 and whole numbers, who can keep track of that.. if you want to still be in business, and if anyone looking at this feedback, start improving now else just like the retail business, this will close out.. and sole reason will be you are not listening to your customers Terry was the only positive experience thats why giving him 5 star rating. Nikita was efficient and honest with his appraisal. I appreciate him. He is the reason for the 5 stars. However, there is no way to contact a human being with questions. All AI and prompts. Frustrating. Not a fan of the company itself.

Same day service. Good communication throughout the day, leading up to the arrival of the technician. He was polite and positive, and he was able to almost immediately identify the issue. Despite the tight space he had to work in…which made it difficult to easily disassemble the dryer to access the part he needed to replace…he was able to quickly problem-solve and find an efficient and clean solution that worked perfectly. Based on this experience…and past good experiences with Sears Home Services for my Kenmore washer and dryer…I would recommend without hesitation.

We came home from vacation with a ton of laundry and the dryer died. Would not heat. Nikita came out and diagnosed the problem for us and ordered the parts. While it did take several days to get the part we were notified of each step in the process. Nikita was out yesterday to install the parts! He is very nice, thorough and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service that we received. Thank you.
