I'm still waiting for sealant to dry before I can use the dishwasher, but the leaking should be fixed. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed what was wrong, ordered the parts, had the parts delivered directly to my home and came back to make the repairs. I paid for everything up front once I decided to have the dishwasher repaired. If you have a standard size dishwasher and can find one cheap, it may be more cost effective to replace your dishwasher. Unfortunately, my dishwasher was not standard, so it would cost me more to replace than to fix it. Just make sure you know your buy new/install pricing to be able to compare it to the repair cost.

My technician was great! He knew what he was doing and the job didn't take a long time. The only downfall is the expected arrival time. The app gave me a time frame and it was 45min to 60min difference.

The first repair order had the incorrect motor on the truck, but the HVAC Tech got it squared away on the next visit. We did have to wait long for the special motor. Now our system sounds better than before. Good work!

This was repeat service since the initial repair visit did not address the repair. First visit was inadequate & not throughly done. Second visit much more thoughtful, well done, addressd the issue

We were told that we could not have some of the repairs that we wanted done performed without having all of the recommendations done. The recommended services cost more than a new machine. I find that hard to believe. We were also told that there was no blockage on the dryer vent, yet, there is clearly a nest forming in our exhaust vent visible from the outside with the naked eye. I will not use these services in the future. Update: I cleared the blockage myself and replaced the start switch. Dryer running fine. Total cost to do it myself about $20 bucks and took about 15 minutes plus 30 to clear the vent.

Why was I charged a service fee of $140 and there was no repairs done just to find out that I had a screen to catch the lint that was on too tight why do I still have to be charged a service fee?

Very shoddy and unprofessional behavior by this company. first, they kept rescheduling my initial appointment. Then on the day of the appointment, the technician called and canceled. Then he turned up at our house at 7 o’clock in the evening. We asked him to come back the next day. When fridge finally got serviced. We had to order a part for several hundred dollars. A technician returned and Installed the new motor. The next morning, The fridge was still not working. We rescheduled our appointment and they wanted to charge us $500. I’m sorry, but I think this may be a scam.
